Hey Kell! Glad to hear your'e starting to feel better. I understand your not wanting to take the Pred, but you needed it and it's helping, right?? Take care and hope every day finds you feeling better.
I love the idea of the epsom salt towel for pain, as I'm still having back spasms. I'm going to buy some next time I'm out. When I was growing up, we always had Epsom Salt in the house; it was a cure all. Does anyone know if magnesium interferes w/other meds??
