Thanks mrsD. I did plan on bringing this up with my doctor/neurologist, but it may be beneficial to do so as well with my nutritionist. He had me on magnesium a while back with a few other supplements, and in recent times the only 2 that my doctor/neuro have mentioned to be diligent about taking are vitamin d3 and calcium.
My nutritionist did at one time mention a possible relationship with magnesium and headache/migraine prevention. Definitely worth looking into.
