Post please help me read these mri reports...



mri c spine
spondyotic ridging is evident at the c-4-5, c-5-6,c-6-7 levels
partial effacement of subarchnoid space anteriorly. Most pronounced at c5-6 level. Uncinite hypertrophy with bilateral neural foraminal narrowing at the c 5-6 level left much greater than right.

mri of thoracic region
schmorls nodes seen along the superior endplates of t9, and t12
spondolytic disc ridging at t11-t12. with effacement of the anterior subarchnoid space.degenerative disc disease at at t11, t12

and finally the lumbar region
summary of radiologist for lumbar MRI


disc bulging at the l3-4 and 4-5 levels
central canal stenosis at the L3-4 level
disc bulging associated with left sided foraminal disc protrusion at the L5 S 1 level
resulant left sided neural foraminal impingement.

Anyone capable of dictating this for me to understand in human terms would be gratly appreciated... thanks Liz
