Lightbulb I am now looking at

visor types. I have a book I picked up at the last library book sale:
Beyond Prozac. It has a chapter on light therapy. And mentioned the visors,
which are lower lux, NO UV, and you can walk around wearing it!

I recall a very funny, and strange episode of Northern Exposure where
Joel gave these to residents of Cicily... all mayhem broke loose!

Since my thyroid retired, this dark winter situation is worse, and aging is
not helping much. I just don't want to be sleeping so much I guess.

I'll keep you posted when I finally decide.
