mmmmmmmmmmmm....the hot chocolate is wonderful!!! I couldn't get my monkey face to appear.
I do know this that I was a little cold and to frozen to get up and turn the heat up...so I got up for the hot cocoa.
I have decided that holding a mug of something warm with both hands can be more healing than whats in it. Its telling your body through your hands that you love it and I don't do that often enough.
Go ahead hold your hands around the hot mug and just take in the warmth...lil bro I'll hold the other side for you if you need me too.
I'm trying to look for more natural ways to take care of the fibro pain ...I've been in a world of pain since my surgery...really good flair...
I'm all warmed up....how's my lil bro???
