I agree with you, but in his defense he Did say it was wrong, foolish, & he did regret ever thinking or doing it. Star or not, he is just as we are...I for one understand "that" feeling of numbness where you think you are doing the right thing....He was in a Very depressed state of mind. I would of course NOT want to be on the other side of someones suicide! You are right, who deserves to get stuck with that! How aweful it must be...
I know just from my own accident,, that the poor girl who hit me with her car was Freaked right out for years. She told me she cried herself to sleep every night until we finally met & I was able to comfort her to let her know it was ok...I was ok....& it was an Accident. The thought that someone would Intentionally put this guilt onto an innocent person is horrible.....He simply was not of sound mind, & I believe that was one of his points being made.
