Suggestion for healthy weight gain:
indulgent Smoothies:
Whey Protein
Flax oil
w/ Fruit of your choice
w/Ice cream
Flavoring if desired (chocolate etc)
You get fiber, good fats, protein/amino acids, antioxidants and calories.
Be advised tho that really high caloric intake in one sitting if you are older,
will make insulin resistance worse. To gain weight, smaller more frequent eating may accomplish more without this risk.
