sorry my keyboard quit working on that last post -
I was going to add -I might get the shakes after 6 hrs.
milk & cereals alone do not stick with me at all - hot or cold - 2-3 hrs and I am wimpy, shaky & my brain gets foggy .
Plus I think I am a bit lactose intolerant now
or just a sensitive tummy sometimes.
Have you ever looked at that "eat right for your blood type" book?
It's kind of interesting you can find it in libraries.
Some of it fit for me and explained why some foods were problem causers for me. I don't follow the plan - just used some ideas from it.
