I do not have the time at the moment (just popped on for a minute and need to get to an appointment) to look into it for you; but if I remember correctly, bone infection may even be one of the "approved" applications and thus might be covered by insurance. You might also want to talk to Diana to see what she knows about hbot as a possible treatment option.
