We just came back from New York City. We meet once a month at the CBS building. Nice people at this meeting with all various degrees of neuropathy from various causes.

There was a new guy there who announced that he has given the support group a new name.

NEUROPTHAHOLICS.

We are all NEUROPTHAHOLICS.

I've been trying to pronounce this 3 times fast but no luck.

There are people there with such pain that well, it gets very hard for them. Others have no pain, but have balance problems. Some do the IVIG thing every two weeks.

And we discussed how STRESS is a KILLER to people with neuropathy. The burning, the pain, etc. Awful. We have to find better methods of avoiding stress.

We always learn something, and I BRING MY MUFFINS. lol

I talk about my Methyl B-12 and each of us has our own way of dealing with neuropathy.

Next month, some of us will be giving little presentations on how we deal with neuropathy.

They want to hear more about my Methyl B-12. I'm bringing in my bottle of Jarrows to show everyone.

For me, this has been a life saver but not for everyone.

Oh, The Neuropathy Association will be launching the STAMP OUT NEUROPATHY CAMPAIGN this April. Their goal is to raise $150,000 during April and May to help the Association expand its educational outreach and scientific research efforts.

At the next meeting, we'll be stuffing envelopes with flyers and putting on stamps and doing our bit to help raise funds.

Anyway, just wanted to update.

Melody

Thanks Melody. It's great to hear about your support meeting and the info that came out of it. I appreciate the update.
