Your level is good. It is only "high" when compared to the range for B12 which is determined statistically on normal people.
In the US the lower end is really low, and so as a useful tool
our ranges are out of whack.
You lived for quite a while with a very very low level. It will take time to recover. Your levels show you are absorbing the
B12 as you are taking it, ie. that you are taking it correctly.
You also want to make sure your Vit D levels are checked.
This is another nutrient that seems to become very low in Americans.
