To anyone living in Illinois, the Senate committee on special issues will be meeting Mar 25, 2009 to discuss Bill SB1535 to bring public awareness to RSD.
A portion of bill SB1535 being introduced, copied from the Illinois General Assemby:
Creates the Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Education Act. Provides that the Department of Public Health, subject to appropriation, shall establish the Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Education Program to promote public awareness of the syndrome and the importance of early detection, diagnosis, and treatment.
