I think I have figured out how to explain this sensation....

The throat spasms feels like a gag reflex x 10 and only on the right side. Tongue is definately involved. Then outside part of right side of my neck will hurt at the same time. I feel the muscles tensing right before it hits.

Make sense? Good description?
