CoQ-10 is always in your system. Your liver makes it too.
I would get checked out for that spasm by a ENT doctor
(ears/nose/throat)
I don't think this has anything to do with CoQ-10.
I have never heard of CoQ-10 causing muscle spasms.
Something is triggering you, either an irritation from reflux from the stomach, an infectious agent in the throat, or something happening neurologically.
