If you have dry mouth due to the meds you are taking good dental hygeine is a must. But it can also cause major tooth decay.

I had bad teeth to begin with no matter how well I took care of them via dental hygeine & the dentist but dry mouth ruined them completely & i ended up having to have what teeth I had left removed completely. I now have dentures. Good luck. Luckily for me my dentist already had a patient with RSD so knew how to treat my mouth. I never had any RSD set into my face. You need to get that infection taken care no matter what he does.
