I have actually been looking for a good pastry recipe. More of a danish or something like that. Venturing out of my comfort zone.

I had planned on making a chocolate angel food cake. It's easy..super low fat and yummy, but I noticed some of the teflon flaking in my angel food pan. Not good. Could I use a bundt pan?
