I'll post a recipe today for a zucinni pizza. The crust is the zucinni. Kind of like a thin quiche crust. It's easy and ohhhhh...so good. I'll post the basic recipe...then what I do to it. I can never leave a recipe alone.

I thought maybe all those creavices in the bundt pan would make it stick or not rise. I'll try it.
