The main ingredient in that product is magnesium malate.

This you can buy at Puritan's Pride very inexpensively.
The other ingredients even at 6/day, are rather low.

From what I see on the net this is a very expensive product.
The ingredient list is for 2 tablets, and they recommend 6 per day?

I doubt one would need 6 of either of these...except under extreme circumstances. 2 of them would give 300mg of magnesium a day.

If you like the bromelain aspect, that can be added inexpensively. Grapeseed extract starts at 100mg caps and up from there. The combo product is subpotent for that.

If it works for you, fine. But it seems rather pricey to me.

Given that Fibro is complex, most of the symptoms are centrally perceived pain. The NutriWest product is for inflammation in the muscles...which is more myofascial in origin. IMO many FM patients really just have low magnesium, and when you fix that, it improves. Real Fibro would not respond that way...there would still be significantly perceived pain.
