. HI, Gooday it all depends on you.and your doctor. i have had r.s.d. for 15 years now. no i do not work but i do not like not working just because i have r.s.d. dose not want me to stop working please do not give up on yourself. i do not baby my right side at all. GOD BLESS KIM
