No, I haven't. Pyridoxine dependency is quite rare.
P5P has not been around for very long. Maybe about a decade or so as a supplement. The information regarding pyridoxal kinase is also pretty new.

There are many doctors who don't even know what P5P is! Or that it is available as a supplement!
