He didn't really say, but I can FEEL the right hand/arm moving the right rib.
For me, it's just temporary. The minute I stop the pressure, the rib settles back down. Supposedly, it's supposed to eventually help the rib loosen up a bit (my first ribs are stuck)... but so far I haven't had any luck with any long term effect. But it is nice for the moment.
