sorry you're having too much difficulty today.

I haven't found the foam roller like you have yet, but I have taken a 2 liter Pepsi bottle (sometimes empty and sometimes not), while naturally reclining in my chair, and roll it side to side on my sternum, between my breast and it just kind of goes up and down.

Thanks for sharing. With your help on the roller, I've adapted to what's available and found relief.

Hang in there, baby. it won't always be this way.
