Yeah Aussie, trying glucosamine first sounds good to me
Right now, Im not taking anything for my OA... hopefully I will stay pain free at least for some more time...
I took glucosamine alone, but they have it also with chondroitin (spelling ?), so, maybe that one is even better... it is very expensive here, so, I had to take glucosamine alone...
I actually want to try chondroitin but for my dry eyes....
