I too have had the low BP 60/30 with High heart rate 140+... happened in my doctor's office way more than once.... they ran all kinds of tests and still couldn't tell me why this was happening. The Physiatrist had me hooked up to machines immediately and all he could atribute it to is... RSD. Also happened in the PM doc office....he said it was happening because my pain levels were through the roof and it was the RSD's fault.

I have even had this happen while laying down... and passed out more than once.... yes...at the doctor's office too.
