I agree, it sounds like your antibiotic isnt working. if you have been on that one many many times, your body may have adjusted to it, and you may have developed a resistance to it. a Zpack should put that sucker on the run. REST! hot showers, let that b/f give you a nice massage to help those muscles relax, so you can sleep. Elderberry is great, but only for a couple of days to help you over that hump.
