Sorry to hear about your relationship ending Drew. Sometimes people just can't handle it and it's best to happen now and for you to know now she couldn't do it. It's sad but she was honest with you and that's important. There is someone out there who will accept and love you regardless of your RSD. If not, then that's OK too.
