Default so far conservative

Great question

I am struggling with TOS for 1 1/2 to 2 years, mostly last 1 year. So far conservative. BOTOX in scalenes (ant scalenes) 1 1/2 month ago, not of any great help.
I have a question to ask about YOGA. I love doing yoga. It helps relieve me overall but I wonder whether certain poses make my TOS worse. I don't see any particular worsening the next day.

Anybody with TOS who knows and does yoga, I would love to discuss it more.

I met Dr. Kaj Johanssen, Dr. Michel Kliot and Dr G Thomas in Swedish Hospital, Seattle, and Dr. Robert Thompson in St Louis.
Dr. Kliot says no to surgery, he is very conservative.
Dr. Johanssen was 50-50% leaving it to me.
Dr. Thomas doesn't do surgeries anymore. He passed on his clients to Johanssen

Dr.Robert Thompson was about removing 1st rib, Scalenes, my cervical rib (short on rt side, longer on left) and doing neurolysis. Most extensive of all of them.

Johanssen doesn't do 1st rib anymore unless it really seems to be big, thick or blocking movement of shoulder. But he did mention cutting pec minor, scalenes and neurolysis.

Kliot stated he would go in and only remove whats necessary, starting with only Ant scalene and if there are any bands etc. He felt the less you mess, the better it is.

Dr. Cassada in Knoxville has been mentioned too.

I haven't checked out Denver docs yet.

I don't know what to do. What I read here is not good. Seems like sx come back after months or years. I don't know how many fully or greatly recover.

I am 37 and I have half of my life (hopefully) left. So I don't know.
