I remember mentioning a few weeks ago that my DD was coming for Easter. Well.... I can hardly believe it, but she'll be here in a matter of days! She flies in next Tuesday and will be here for a whole 7 days. You've no idea how much I'm looking forward to her visit as I've not seen her for a whole year. 1 year is far too long for a mamma not to see her DD, and I imagine you can guess just how much I'm looking forward to Tuesday.

I've been feeling down lately, and her visit is "just what the doctor ordered".

Not only that, but another good thing has happened. Our eldest son announced his engagement at the weekend! They haven't told us yet when they're planning to get married, but a wedding in the not too distant future is also very exciting.
