I LOVE my mirena, and actually I am 2 years into my 2nd mirena. Just add up all the money you won't spend on sanitary products, and the mirena will probably pay for itself.

It's been great for me, and I am very sensitive to progesterone - even a small does makes me feel really ickky, but I don't even notice the progestin in my mirena as it is not absorbed systemically.

I get mine free from the local hospital, but, if I had to pay for it I would.

It gets a big tick from me
