Hello,
for me, it is difficult to carry a suitcase or a bag and when I am going by bus or by car I try to go out and walk at the fresh air, because sitting all the time is poison for my health problems.
I already tried to take my pillows with me, but in fact it didn`t help me so much - I prefer taking a muscle relaxer for sleeping after a long journey.
