Donna- I've heard several people here recommend a boppi (boppy)- i know they sell them in walmart or target in the baby section. they're a little more semi-circular (designed for breastfeeding moms to have something to rest the baby on). I've used it around the house to support my arms while reading or holding Eva. Not very packable tho.....
