I have moved a lot and bought a few different beds and tried out many. To tell the difference I even tried ones that were way out of my price range just to see comfort wise. Really for me when I hurt a cloud would not feel comfortable but a few things I think you should think about. Also on a side not my friend who has similar condition has where she can sleep at one setting and her husband at another but I think it cost 10,000 but like the other poster said ask for an order.
Anyhow height of matress. Some were so insane high I had issues getting in and out. Also do you sleep on side,back,stomach.
Matress toppers have helped me make a not so comfortable matress into a better and on some nights when I need something different to try to comfort me I add a comforter or my microfleece blanket on top of the sheets. It helps me. Good luck
