How are you? I can't beleive how long it has been since I posted !! Kind of scary how time flies.

My question is about the magnesium that your son uses at night. can you say a bit more about it? I am thinking of someone I know ( a 17 y.o.) with TS and trouble sleeping. He is also diabetic.

Any side effects that you've noted? Is it expensive?
