I basically went through what you have only longer.

What I would do is write to a State Rep. or Senator. Send them your information and ask for their help. I got mine by writing to a State Rep as I said and I have seen others get the help from the Gov., Senator or State Reps.

I had a lawyer that lived on the Golf Course. People that knew him said he was always playing gold. He was suppose to be the best SS attoney in town.
He was a joke.

I finally sat down and wrote a 2 page letter to him and sent him my file. I know he didn't read it all but I did have a letter in the mail within a week that I was approved.

It's worth a try.
