Hey, nice to hear from you. The cold has really vexed me this winter too. I have a blanket that plugs into the car charger and is an electric blanket. So when I travel no matter how cold, I am toastly warm! I also have an electric blanket on my bed and for my couch. I also agree with the other post, nothing like a warm bath to ease winter's cold wrath. Stay warm and pain free.

The worst thing is the doctor told me when i got Bell's palsy i would be better in 3 -4 weeks well its now been 3 years and i have other conditions because of doctors make me really angry sometimes! i am grateful that i have a wonderful GP that is now helping me with my pain he really helps me alot more than any other doctor has he understands me unlike most other doctors that just give you medication and push you out the door! any way sorry for the long vent enough of my whinging!
