I actually logged in and wrote a post last night (my time) about Polydipsia. I ended up not posting it as I needed to do something else online before I ran out of time.

I also was going to say that there are different types of what are termed "salts".

I remember meeting a friend from the USA who came to Australia briefly and a number of us over here met up with her. She had Meniere's Disease and found much relief from attempting to avoid salt in her diet.

If I eat too much salt (I use sea salt flakes when I need salt added to food) my RLS plays up big time.

What about Iodine? Not too much of that in our diets over here.

Do we need iodized salt? Someone told me recently that we don't get enough iodine. Once upon a time, the table salt we had here had iodine added to it. Then it went out of favour.
