Thanks all, for your input...good ideas! My daughter has a boppy...maybe I can try it for my arms next time I'm over at her house.

My biggest problem is sleeping on a flat bed...no matter how many pillows I use, I can't get comfortable enough to sleep much.

If I ever find a hotel chain with recliners, I'll let you know...
