Hi, Chelsea! It's nice to meet you! My oldest sister has the same problem that you do. She's had it forever, it seems. I'll ask her if she has any advice. In the meantime, we do have a "Headache" forum here on the site. I'll post the link for you. Hope you feel better. Good luck!
