Hi Erin,
yep its soooo hard, I don't often look back at my life before, or I end up too upset.
Then something happens and I have to ask my 69 year old Mum if she can take me to the doctor, because I don't have the strength or energy to drive.
I don't think there is a simple answer, but just to try and get through these times, and keep comming here for support!!!
