I remember living in Iowa and Ohio and seeing life come back into the plants with hopes of Spring and then Winter hits again and kills them! Bummer!
Here in NW Arizona it has been warm for a few days and then we get socked with cold nights in the 30's!!
Most things are blooming here and the desert is getting green but not too many cactus blooming as yet in our area. The desert is so beautiful when the cacti bloom.
I have cacti in my yard and they all have buds and one is blooming pink rose like blooms. My Iris are blooming beautifully as are the Scotch Brooms.
Everything else is on hold now. The Oleanders and Jasmine budded out and the last frost here took them out but they are budding again and will bloom soon so they aren't giving up.
No matter where you live; I think everyone is sick of Winter and ready for Spring!
