Welcome Sheds for one thing. Next you have come to the right place to get some support and help. And yes, it does take some time to go through the PCS, but even though its keeping you down right now. Don't let it keep you down. It will get better, it will just take some time. And one of the things you are going to have to realize is that no one diagnosed this for you in the beginning so you were dealing with thinking it was something else only.

Because yes you were depressed and having headaches. But you also were
having a concussion, and post concussion syndrome. And personally if you still have a goosebump I would be wanting to have it looked at by MRI's and things like this to make sure that its not causing more problems since your still having severe or what to me sound like that on that area.

So talk to a neuro or doctor that deals specifically with this condition, and ask about more testing. Also there is a PT program at times, that can be gone through, Physical Therapy that will help. See if they will let you try this out. It helps with balance and things like this.
