I think you may be correct; however, my WC atty. told me one almost had to be in a coma to get approved in OK.

I filed SSDI on my own; I filled out the forms as direct as I could, keeping in mind that SSDI is only concerned if I can work or not. I told the truth concerning the WC case and injury;2 right knee surgeries; I had over 2 yrs. of medical records(14-15 docs and PT, and 2 PM's), and my psychologist that I have seen twice a week, for over a year. I have the paper trail to show my journey.

I had proof that I attempted to go back to a sedentary job after I had not worked for 10 months in a row. I lasted 2 months, and had to resign as work and CRPS I, in my state of the syndrome, was not healthy for me at all.

WC Injury 03/24/07;Two Right Knee Surgeries on 5/22/07 and 01/16/08. Surgeons and Physical Therapists ignored my concerns of burning pain, swelling, and no improvement and getting worse. Diagnosed RSD/CRPS I/Sympathetically Mediated Pain Syndrome/Chronic Pain on 06/2008 by family doc;on 08/2008 and 12/2008 diagnosis confirmed by two WC PM Doctors: Both legs;hips; hands; and spine effected by this culprit. SSDI granted 01/2009.
