The magnesium data with diabetes is very interesting and not something that I've read before. Seems like much of the data comes from Type 2 DM and this boy has Type I. One of his docs had mentioned melatonin to him but he hasn't tried anything, yet. The Natural calm caught my eye.

I will try to check in more often. It has been a very busy year at work and all around. My older son will most likely spend part of next year studying in Greece !
