I have seizure like body jerks at night too. I take Neurontin to help settle them down. Is there any research that suggests fits from low CSF pressure? I did a google and cannot find anything.

Is there a chance they will try to plug your leak? The situations where I heard of using the patients blood to plug the leak concerned a lumbar puncture and a leak in the back of the sinus.

I hope they find an accessible leak location that they can treat.

I have atenolol and propanolol on the shelf for the occasional BP spike. My adrenal system sometimes acts up from sensory over-stimulation and my BP can get so high it is life threatening. When it hits 195/150, I feel like I am going to explode. Usually, it is 115-125 / 65-80.
I have also had extremely low BP, 85-90/40-45. Then I feel like I am made of lead.
