Hi Sheds, and welcome to NeuroTalk! This is such a great place to hang out with many forums and topics, and with lots of caring and helpful people.

I agree with Broken Wings, keeping a medical journal is very important.

I'm sorry no one thought to put up the side rail and you ended up on the floor, hurt.
