I would suggest you try to fax over your records for them to review and to see what they feel? I know in the start I faxed them to Mayo and may again because I have so much more conditions now but they can review them. I am not sure of Hopkins. I am not sure if you have been to any pain clinics in your area but that may be a starting point as well. I do think Silverlady who also has both went to Mayo if I recall and so you may want to email her for thoughts. I too have severe dry eye in addition to this and it is horrible.
