I was wondering why you got Valium for pain. Is it muscle related. Valium is a muscle relaxer, and can be used for anti anxiety as well, but typically isnt a pain killer. Have you taken anything else with it? Tylenol, Aleeve, advil? have you tried some ice packs, or heating pads, or a nice warm bath? Distraction?
