hi i had a fall at work a year ago and injured my thoracic and lower back at the time i had a lot of physio and felt ok but back was still very weak. a year to the day at work my back popped lifting a bin i have had an mri done the results of it are

the anatomy of the thoracic spine is well visualised. the alignment is normal ,there is disc space narrowing with disc degeneration and mild posterior bulging of T6/7 and T7/8 intervertebral discs which slightly distort the thecal sac but without any obvious nerve root encroachment.
the remainder of the thoracic spine shows no other specific abnormalitys

can anyone help me on this,,is this damage from the fall i had because i never had trouble with my back before this injury
