yep. the first thing i did when i decided to change was DECIDE. then i cleared out all the bad stuff from my fridge and pantry. then i went shopping and stocked up on better stuff.

with the soda's you might try to drink 1 less can per wk or something you pick. kind of wean yourself off.

another major point is to set a do-able goal. then the progress will build upon itself.

one thing i do to reward myself is put stickers on my calendar. but, i do that for walking everyday.
