This diet has been around for years!!! We used to call it the Grapefruit Diet...and yes, you can lose lbs. quickly but like all fad diets...it doesn't stay off. The minute you go off it the weight just piles on.
It's hard for me to believe that someone in the medical profession is still recommending this diet.
